Shipping Policy
Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your order.
All shipping is free and processed through UPS Ground services.
Orders may only be shipped within the state of Florida. For questions or comments, please contact Heather Jones (hjones@ounce.org).
Tax Policy
If you have a Tax Exemption Certificate, please enter the certificate number and expiration date in the appropriate fields to have all sales tax removed.
Orders without exemption are subject to a 7.5% sales tax rate.
Return & Exchange Policy
